I hope you got the joke. Couldn’t stop laughing at that one. I love advising my young sisters. It has however been a long time since I posted ‘The Sex Wire Of Guys’ which I believe must be a must know for girls. Let’s get on to this, shall we?
Being a woman is not only about appearing pretty and sophisticated. Okay, let me break that down for you. Being a woman is not about wearing make up so thick we can have enough foundation to build a house. Being a woman is not about wearing clothes that ‘show off dem curves’; the curves that is so imminent from her belly that only paints a perfect picture of how ‘sexy’ caterpillar must be in the animal kingdom. When we mentioned curves, we were talking about curves from behind not curves on the belly, girl.
In fact, Ghanaian girls are killing us with ‘dem curves’. Please wear dresses that suit your body type. If you think you have too much curves to contain in your clothes, you can wear tight clothes to show them off but please don’t step out of your house in them. Biko!
A boyfriend is not your father. Please don’t think I am your father because we are dating because I am not. You think wishing me Happy father’s day makes me your father eh? Sister, stop wishing me because that won’t change my mind. Begging a guy for material stuff makes you look cheap and needy. It’s okay to be showered with gifts as you’d call it but begging or should I say, COMMANDING is just needy.
The biggest irony is that girls love to look down on other girls especially when they think they are a competition. “This girl is such a whore.” a sentence a lot of girls enjoy saying about other girls. The funny thing is, while they say this, they are also having sex with a guy they are ‘dating’ while taking money from them. Now wait ooo. The last time I checked, a prostitute takes money in exchange for sex. How different are you now?
“This girl is not that beautiful…no curves. She is so flat”. Madam, it’s true you have all the curves, but have you seen your face? Apparently, you don’t have a mirror and even if you do, It’s your face so ‘how you for do am’. ‘You go take am like that’ and admire your own self. For once, ask a sincere person like me about how your own jaw looks like. All I’m saying is, Believe in yourself, love yourself but don’t put others down to achieve that. It’s only pitiful when you do that.
The silly notion that “when I give him good sex, he is going to stick with me forever”. Of course no guy is going to complain about that. That’s the way we function but that is not going to get your relationship going forever and EVER. Sorry to burst your bubble. You may be of great use in that area for convenience and quality sakes but that won’t get you to keep your man forever. Don’t be fooled. If you think you are best at the craft, there are better girls at the craft girl, don’t be silly.
It wont get you anywhere if you keep investing in Jumbo makeup and first selection second hand clothing at bend down boutiques. Spend that money to invest in yourself(education). It is very heart breaking to talk to a beautiful girl and all she can say is “Bla Fled instead of Bra Fred, wheel bicycle instead of wheel chair, adjost pipe instead of exhaust pipe” Trust me, I have heard all these before. It’s no joke. The picture above is a ‘celebrity’ who definitely disagrees with me but hey, the truth is to be told.
Invest in your business and invest in your future. Build for yourself a strong independent woman who knows how to take care of herself and a home. Men don’t want burden because we know we are already a handful. These things will make you special not all the fallacies in your head.
Otherwise, you will only be good for ‘dating’ and not ‘courtship’. Ghanaian girls, you are precious and don’t think of yourself any less.
