    Thank you so much! Richard. I am a model and I really needed to gain muscle. I have been really skinny..skinnier than you were but with this easy to do blue print, made me gain such significant mass. Thank you again

    It is really funny how much I was doing it all wrong for years till I got this blue print which changed my workout routine in a few months. Really fasst!

      It is really funny. We were all struggling not realising how different our bodies were to others. Too much work and little results was extremely funny and thinking about it now, makes me laugh out loud! I’m glad it is helping you, Alex
